A New Design of Skiving Hob

本文对汽车齿轮加工精度上存在的问题和解决途径作了深入分析,对作者研制发明的新型齿轮刮削滚刀作了详细阐述。并引入实例说明这种刀具不仅能有效地对热处理后的某些汽车齿轮进行刮削精加工。而且效率较高,可靠性好。

The quality problems and their solution in the machining of automobile gear are discussed thoroughy. The new skiving hob developed by authors is introduced in detail. The example illustrated shows that the new hob not only can do the finish machining of some heattreated automobile gears effectively but also has higher efficiency and good reliability.
