摘要
2003年美加8月14日、英国伦敦、马来西亚、澳大利亚悉尼、瑞典和丹麦、意大利全国等所发生的程度不同的大面积停电事件给所在国的经济发展和社会稳定带来了很大的影响,也引起了世界各国政府、社会各界人士及广大电力工作者对供电可靠性的普遍关注。文章简要介绍了这几起大停电事件的概况及其给我们的经验教训和启示, 并指出了我国电网当前应特别注意的问题。
The big incidents of power failure occurred in US & Canada of 8.14, London of UK, Malaysia, Sydney of Australia, Sweden and Danish, and Italy nation - wide in 2003 give the great affects on the economic development and social stability in the placed country, which also arouses the governments on the world countries, the social personage of all circles and the electric power professionals to pay more attention to the reliability of power supply. The paper briefly introduces the general situation of these incidents of power failure and their experiences and lessons and hint for us, and points out the current problems of special notice in power grid in China.
