摘要 对一种硼酸铝晶须增强LY12铝进行了干磨损行为研究。结果表明,复合材料垂直摩擦的比磨损率随载荷增加而下降,但平行摩擦的比磨损率变化甚小。摩擦系数随载荷增加有所降低,对磨副(G 8硬质合金)的磨损率随载荷上升而增大。对干摩擦和半干摩擦性能进行了对比,讨论了该复合材料具有较好减摩性的原因。 This paper proceeds to investigate the dry wearing behavior of the aluminium borate crystal whiskered reinforced LY12 aluminium. The result shows that as the load increases the specific wearing rate of the composite material rubbing perpendicularly will decrease but will have only a minute change while rubbing parallelly. The friction coefficient of the material will decrease while the wearing rate of the friction pair [G 8 carbide] will increase, as the load increases. A comparision has been made between the properties of dry rubbing and semi-dry rubbing and the masons why the said composite material has better wearing property discussed.
