This paper introduces the composition of the hardware, the design of the software and the working principles of the computer controlled system in bot coated sand production processes and proposes that the essentials of optimizing, the coated sand production process is to introduce cold wind in time.Practise of production proves that this method can raise the quality of sand and lower the production cost.
