摘要
设计合成了对苯二甲酸 (4 ,4’ 二甲氧酰基 )二苯酯和间苯二甲酸 (4 ,4’ 二甲氧酰基 )二苯酯 ,并利用红外分析、核磁分析对液晶基元进行了表征。考察了温度和催化剂对液晶基元合成反应的影响。通过熔融酯交换法 ,以液晶基元为聚丁二酸丁二醇酯 (PBS)的共聚组分 ,合成了两个系列的液晶共聚酯。考察了催化剂种类及液晶含量对聚合物分子量的影响 。
Two mesogenic monomers 4,4-dimethyl(1,4-bendizoyloxy)dibenzoate and 4,4-dimethyl(1,3-bendizoyloxy) dibenzoate were designed and sythesized. The chemical stuctures of synthesized liquid-crystalline monomers was identified by IR and NMR.The effects of temperature and catalyst were studied.By melted state transesterification reaction,two series of liquid crystalline copolyesters were synthesized and identified by introducing two mesogenic monomers into the chain of polybutylene-succinate(PBS). The effects of the kinds of catalyst and the content of the liquid-crystalline on the molecular weight were studied.
