介绍桥梁缆索用高强度PC镀锌钢丝的研制与生产情况。原料采用宝钢生产的SWRS82B盘条 ,采用 9道次拉拔比同样速度的 8道次拉拔的性能好 ,镀锌工艺为铅锅温度 4 2 0℃± 2℃ ;盐酸的体积分数为 18%～ 2 0 % ,酸槽温度5 0～ 70℃ ;助镀液温度 5 5～ 80℃ ,锌锅温度 4 5 0～ 4 5 5℃。经检验 ,产品满足技术要求。

To introduce research and manufacture and production of high strength PC galvanized steel wire for bridge cables. The material uses SWRS82B rod made in Baosteel Group. The property of steel wire drawing by 9 pass is better than that of drawing by 8 pass on the same speed. The process of galvanizing by dipping is that the temperature of lead bath is (420±2)℃, the volume fraction of HCl solution is 18%～20% and the temperature is 50～70 ℃, the temperature of preflux is 55～80 ℃ and the temperature of galvanizing pot is 450～455 ℃. The productions can meet the technology requirements by test.
