运用回归分析法 ,研究化学成分对B4L1盘条拉拔性能的影响。生产实践表明 :通过调整轧制控冷工艺和改进拉拔工艺可提高B4L1盘条拉拔性能 ,当钢中AlS(酸溶铝 )的质量分数在 0 .0 12 %以上时 ,盘条拉拔性能明显提高。

Using regression analysis to research the effect of chemical composition on the drawing property of B4L1 wire rod. It is indicated by production practice that the drawing property of B4L1 wire rod can be improved by adjusting and rolling and cooling control process and improving drawing process. When the mass fraction of Al S is above 0.012 percent, the drawing property of the wire rod rise obviously.
