摘要
本文通过对实现近似直线运动的 Hoeken 型四杆机构的优化分析,利用不同曲柄角度范围内直线误差和速度误差达到最小时的构件比及根据机器设计的需要对实现近似直线运动的四杆机构进行优化,同时给出了应用该方法进行优化的一个实例。这种优化方法对工程技术人员设计实现近似直线运动的四杆机构有指导意义。
The optimization of Hoeken four-bar linkage was analyzed in this paper which had realized approximate straight movement, and could get the component ratio with least liner error and velocity error which were in the range of different crank angle and then optimizes the four-bar linkage, which had realized approximate straight movement in the need of machine design. An example of optimization using the above method was given. It is instructive for the engineering technicians to design the four-bar linkage with realization of approximate straight movement.
