摘要
对形象权的概念、特征和与类似权的区别,进行了较深入的分析和论述,在此基础上提出了运动员形象权保护的现实意义,并提出对我国现行法律框架下保护运动员形象权的法律建议。
After a profound analysis and discussion on the conception and characteristics of the image right and a comparison with other similar rights,the author points out the realistic significance of the protection of the image right of sportsmen and makes some legal proposals of protecting the image right of sportsmen under the current legal framework in China.
