The Remedy Mechanism for Sport Dispute

解纷机制对于体育的健康发展十分重要,目前国际体育纠纷的解纷机制呈现多元化发展态势,体育行会内部救济与调解、仲裁、诉讼并用;体育仲裁是最有效的方式;我国应及早建立适合我国的多元化的体育纠纷解决机制。

Effective and reasonable remedy mechanism is significant for the healthy development of sports.Currently,the tendency of the development of remedy mechanism is plural inside the international sport circle.The internal remedy of the sport associations and the external remedies (mediation,arbitration,action) are all used in settling sport dispute.Of all these,sport arbitration is the most effective one.The author proposes that a reasonable plural remedy mechanism be established in China as soon as possible.
