On the Cultivation of College Students' Awareness for Physical Education from Maslow's Needs Hierarchy Theory

通过运用文献资料法和逻辑思辨法将马斯洛需要层次理论引入大学生体育意识问题,指出大学生的不同心理层面与体育意识形成发展的联系。根据本文研究角度的不同着重强调生理需要、安全需要、爱的需要这三方面对大学生体育意识形成的影响,进而为体育工作者培养大学生体育意识提供心理学方面的支持,使这项工作在实践中更有针对性,为树立终身体育的思想奠定基础。

By literature reviews and logical speculation,the writer links Maslow's Needs Hierarchy Theory with college students' awareness for physical education and points out the relation between different psychological levels of the college students and formation of their awareness for physical education.In respect of the particular research aspect of this paper,physiological need,safety need and love need are especially emphasized and studied for the cultivation of students' awareness for P.E.The purpose of this paper is to provide the basis and guidance with the psychological theory for P.E.teachers to foster college students' awareness of physical education and establish a proper concept of life-long physical education.
