新型热作模具钢4Cr5Mo3SiVNb的研究

摘要 在H11钢的基础上,通过分析碳化物类型对热作模具钢性能的影响,设计了一种新型热作模具钢 4Cr5Mo3SiVNb.研究结果表明,新钢种具有微细的显微组织和较高的强韧性配合,并且回火稳定性及等向性 也较好. A new hot work die steel (4Cr5Mo3SiVNb) has been developed. Its chemical composition is designed based on H11 steel. The research shows that the new steel has a fine microstructure and good combination of strength and toughness . The property of tempering stable and isotropy are also excellent.
