摘要
选用11种疲劳计数统计处理方法中的5种计算机程序,对二汽技术中心EQ 140车轮轮辐实测的 动载数据进行处理.根据处理结果编制成疲劳载荷譜,并转换成应力谱,用Minner法则进行疲劳寿命估算,得 出5种不同的疲劳寿命估算结果,从而分析得出不同疲劳计数统计方法对疲劳寿命的影响.
The paper selects five of the eleven statistic counting methods about fatigue analysis and utilizes the codes programmed from these five counting methods to process the dynamic data collected from the EQ-140′s spokes in the technical center of The Second Locomotive Factory. Then we compile these processed data into fatigue loading spectrum and convert them into stress spectrum to be analyzed with Minner method to estimate the fatigue lifetime. Through analyzing the five different. outcomes of fatigue liftime estimation, we make a conclusion on the influences of different counting methods on the estimation of fatigue lifetime.
