摘要
开放教育考试必须坚持辩证的、发展的教育教学质量观念。开放教育的质量特征分别表现为大众化教育质量、技能教育质量、远程教育质量、终身教育质量和动态教育质量,其基本定位是社会平均质量。基于发展质量观,开放教育考试必须建立质量动态平衡机制、社会监督机制、全新的考试模式和人文关怀机制,才有可能充分发挥其教育尺度作用和质量保障作用。
The dialectical and developing view in educational quality is emphasized in open education.Based on social average quality, the quality in open education is characterized with quality of popularization, skill,distance, lifelong and dynamy.Therefore,a new examination system wish dynamic balance,social supervision, and human culture concern is being praticed and established. Only in this way can the function of the educational measures and quality guarantee be developed.
