摘要
为解决机床导轨类铸件易产生的裂纹、白口、组织疏松等缺陷,采用了双金属浇注。经实践证明,这种浇注工艺不仅能改善铸造工艺性能,而且提高了导轨材质的技术性能指标,可获得很好的经济效益。
The dual metal casting is adopted for avoiding the formaton of defects of cracks, white iron and loose structures in casting machine guides. Practice proves that this technology can not only improve the performance of casting process but can also increase the technical performance index of guide material and gain the best economic benifit too.
