HOWARU益生菌系列的生理功能研究
摘要
本文对二十世纪九十年代新研发的两个市场化的专利益生菌株-HOWARU^TM双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium lactis HN019)和HOARU^TM鼠李糖乳杆菌(Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001)的若干研究进展进行了简要介绍。
