在保证产品质量和提高生产率的前提下,将变速箱齿轮和轴的预冷淬火温度从850℃降为820℃,同步器齿套从850℃降为790℃,从工艺上是可行的,其心部硬度、金相结构、渗碳层深度和浓度,均达到了优质品的质量要求。
On the premise of ensuring the product quality and increasing the productivity, it is profitable to lower the precool-hardening temperature of the transmission gear and shaft from 850℃ to 820℃, and that of the synchronizer gear collar from 850℃ to 790℃. The core hardness, metallographic structure, depth and density of the carbu-rized layer thus produced can all meet the requirement of high quality.
