为了获得高性能铸态球铁活塞环,采用Cu、Nb、Sn、V、Mn等合金元素作为添加剂,从而满足使用要求。经试验,认为Cu-Nb-Sn球铁环具有较高的综合机械性能。

With a purpose of obtaining the nodular cast iron piston ring of high performances, the alloy elements Cu,Nb, Sn, V, Mn are used as additives to satisfy the usage requirements.Test proves that Cu-Nb-Sn nodular cast iron piston ring possesses higher composite mechanical property.
