砂型铸件尺寸精度的研究

Investigation of the Size Precision of Sand Moulding Castings

为提高砂型铸件尺寸精度,对铸件尺寸精度的评定方法、影响因素及预测做了研究。生产实际表明,对铸件进行预测的数据与实测一致。

With a purpose of improving the size precision of sand moulding casting, the evaluating method,influencing factors and predication of casting size precision are investigated in this paper. Production results show that the predication date are same as those actually measured.
