近一个时期,关于中国市场经济地位的争论屡屡见诸报端,我国政府虽经多方努力,问题仍未得到合理解决;纵观这一过程可以看出“市场经济地位”问题被附加了太多的政治因素,成为美国、欧盟平衡国际政治、经济关系的法码,给我国经济的快速发展带来不利影响;有效的解决途经在于:把问题定性经济利益范围内,坚持以双边磋商为主,先易后难解决问题,同时切实改变贸易条件,创造良好的人文、社会环境、将有助于问题的最终解决。

Recently, the arguments concerning the Chinese mark et economy status have been read frequently in newspaper. Our government try to solve this problem from many ways, but the problem have not got a reasonable sol ution yet. Taking a wide view on this course, can we find that, 'market economy status' problem are been added too many political factors, and it becomes a weig ht when the U.S and E.U want to balance the relations between international poli tics and economy, and it may have bad influence on the fast development of our e conomy Effective solutions of this problem may go by ways of consisting in the f ollowing: putting the problem in the economic benefits scope, mainly standing up the bi-negotiation, solving the easiest problems first then difficulties, chan ging the terms of trade at the same time, creating a fine humanities and social environments, and these will be beneficial to the eventual solution of the probl em.
