浅议领导者授权的艺术

摘要 领导者在组织中起着关键作用,是组织内的核心人物,其主要职能是指挥引导、沟通协调和激励鼓舞等,领导行为是一个通过使用各类权力来影响下属的过程,有效领导的基础是领导者的权威,实现有效领导的途径是合理用权,授权是一种特殊的权力分配形式,是领导者从程序化事物工作中解脱出来的最好办法,领导者要实施有效管理,必须学会授权,而且要掌握授权的艺术,如要掌握好授权的权限和时机,要认真挑选合适的授权人选,要分不同情况采取灵活的授权方式,还应避免授权中的错误。 Leaders play an important role in the organization and they are cores of the organization, whose main functions are commanding and inducting, communicating and harmonizing as well as inspiring. The behavior of t he leaders is a process that utilizes kinds of powers to influence subordinates. The basis of efficient leading is the leaders' authority. The approach of effic ient leading is to use powers rationally. Accreditation is a special form of all ocating power, which is the best way for the leaders to break away from the proc edural works. If a leader want to implement effective management strategy, he or she must learn accreditation and grasp the art of accreditation, such as graspi ng the purview and occasion of the accreditation, selecting the suitable person who he or she is going to accredit seriously, take flexible accreditation mode a ccording to different conditions, and avoid the mistakes of accreditation.
