指出了原电力拖动双重联锁正反控制系统电路图中的问题;实训教学中按原电路布线时,易造成接线工艺繁琐、结构不合理,增加连接导线长度等;设计了新的控制电路,通过运用,工艺性能好、方便、简洁,便于学生掌握,收到良好的教学效果。

This paper points out the problems existing the con trolling system of electric pulling formerly in dual interlock. In the course of teaching, the original way has its disadvantages, such as, the complicated proc ess, the unreasonable structure, the inaccurate length of wire, etc. It is prove d that this new control circuit is excellent in function, convenient in utilizat ion, and easier for students to grasp. Especially, good teaching effect is achie ved.
