A Comparison of Business Behavior and Social Welfare under Different Proprietorships

摘要 企业所有制结构将对企业的行为和绩效产生广泛的影响,并进而影响社会福利。传统观点认为,私有企业的效率高于国有企业,从而产生的社会福利也较高。本文则证明,企业行为、绩效和社会福利的变化情况,取决于成本差别情况和国有化程度高低。
