摘要
根据转向梯形机构的工作原理,分析了已磨损的转向节臂导致转向沉重的原因。汽车转向时,要求车轮只滚动不滑动,要实现这一要求,所有车轮必须以不同的半径围绕同一转向中心滚动。转向节臂是转向梯形机构的主要零件,在车辆使用保养和修理中,必须装用符合技术要求的转向节臂。
A worn steering knuckle arm on a motor vehicle may cause heavier steering operation, the reasons are studied in this paper according to the steering trapezium principle. When a motor vehicle is turning, its wheels must rool merely without sliding. In order to realize this requirement, all wheels must rooll around the same turning center with different radii. Steering knuckle arm is a major part in steering trapezium, when motor vehicles are in operation, maintenance and repair, only the qualified steering arms which meet the specifications can be used.
