摘要
介绍了Audi轿车轴间差速器的构造、原理。该轴间差速器是格里森公司设计的一种新产品,它在汽车转弯或其它行驶情况下,都可借蜗轮以相应的转速自转,使前、后车轮以不同的转速在地面上只滚动而不滑动。该差速器的锁紧系数为3.5,它可以对附着力较好的轴施加以较大的驱动力。另外,对Audi轿车轴间差速器的操作也作了说明。
The construction and principle of a Torsen centre differential used in Audi passenger car are outlined in this paper. This type of differential is a new product designed by Gleason Co. When the car is turning or under other running conditions, the differential enables the front and rear wheels to roll merely on the road with different speed of revolution respectively but without sliding by means of the rotation of worm gear. The locking factor of the differential is 3. 5, which may exert a larger driving force to the axle with a stronger adhensive force. In addition, operation of the differential in Audi ear is also explained.
