Principle and Error Analysis of A Two-Parameter Fast measuring Device for Impellers

在同轴双测环式测量方法的基础上设计的叶轮双参数快速测量装置,适用于发动机水泵叶轮的生产现场检测。对该检具的原理和结构特点进行了介绍,并对测量方法进行了误差分析。结果表明,其测量精度足以保证测量结果的准确性。

A two-parameter fast measuring device for impellers designed according to the coaxial dualring gauae measuring method, is suitable for measuring impellers of engine water pumps, at worksite. In this paper the principle and constructional features of the device are described and the measuring errors produced by it are analysed. It is proved that the measuring accuracy is sufficient to meet the requirement.
