摘要
在汽车当量动力简化模型中,第一集中质量与第二集中质量之间振幅差值较大。将阻尼片装在离合器从动盘上,通过从动盘本体和减振器盘之间的库仑摩擦来消耗扭转振动的能量,获得了较好的减振效果。分析了库仑阻尼效果,给出了最佳库仑阻尼力矩的计算方法。
In an equivalent dynamic simplified model of motor vehicle, the difference in vibration amplitude between first and second concentrated mass is quite great. A damping disk is usually installed on driven friction disk in a clutch, the torsional vibration energy will be absorbed by the Coulomb's friction between driven disk itself and damping disk, the damping effect is consequently achieved. In this paper the Coulomb's damping effect is analysed and the calculating method of optimum Coulomb's damping moment is provided.
