无铅柔性压电复合材料进展

Advances of Lead-Free Flexible Piezoelectric Composites

摘要 压电复合材料是本世纪70年代发展起来的一种多用途功能复合材料。由于环保、材料使用性能和器件形态与成型工艺要求的提高,对无铅,超薄型、异型、大面积可柔性加工的压电复合材料的研究与开发成了当务之急。从压电复合材料的基本概念、结构与性能关系、特殊加工工艺设计需要等出发,在总结回顾压电复合材料进展的基础上,综合相关学科的理论与实践新成果,对如何开拓新型无铅柔性压电复合材料与技术进行了综述。 As a multi-purpose functional material,inorganic/polymer hybrid piezoelectric composites have been developed since 1970s. The research and development of lead-free flexible piezoelectric composites are in urgent need owing to the restriction of the regulation of environmental protection and the raise of requirements of performance, shapes and process. In this paper,the fundamental concept, factors influencing properties,recent development and prospect of the lead-free flexible piezoelectric composites are reviewed.
