摘要
汽车液压惯性比例阀主要用于现代轿车,它通过汽车制动时的惯性力可自动调节前、后制动轮缸的压力比,亦即自动调节前、后轮制动器的制动力之比,从而使制动力分配接近轴荷分配,以防止汽车制动甩尾现象,提高汽车的制动稳定性。本文分析了液压惯性比例阀的工作特性及非线性因素对阀特性曲线的影响,并介绍了在生产研制过程中所采取的改进措施。
Automotive hydraulic inertia proportion valves are mainly equipped on modern passenger cars used for automatically regulating the pressure ratio between front and rear brake cylinders by virtue of inertia effect occurred as soon as a car is braked. In other words, the braking force ratio between front and rear wheels can be automatically regulated, and the braking force distribution is possible to approach to the axle—load distribution, therefore the brake steer of cars can be prevented and braking stability improved. In this paper the operating characteristics of hydraulic inertia proportion valve, as well as the effect of nonlinear factor of the valve upon the characteristic curve are analysed. Finally some improving measures taken in production and development of the valves are presented.
