摘要
详细考察了镁源、Mg/Al比、晶化温度、模板剂等因素对MAPO-11分子筛合成的影响,并采用XRD、SEM、TG-DGA等表征手段对合成的样品进行表征,初步探讨了MAPO-11分子筛结构性能及其合成机理.
MAPO-11 molecular sieves were synthesized by hydrothermal methods. The effects of precursor of Mg, Mg/Al ratio, crystallization temperature and types of template on the synthesis and properties of MAPO-11 molecular sieves were discussed. The samples were characterized by the techniques of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric/differential thermogravimetric analysis (TG-DTG), etc. The results show that the size of crystal and its pore diameter were influenced by the precursor of Mg, the ratio of Mg/Al and the types of template, and the TG-DTG analysis shows that MAPO-11 molecular sieves have poor thermal stability.
