简要分析了汽车修理厂和制造厂对动平衡机需求的状况,并在此基础上提出了YDQ160型多功能动平衡机的设计思想,详述了它的工作原理,重点介绍了支承方式的选择和硬支承动平衡机的测量原理。此多功能动平衡机是实用性强和设计合理的新产品。

The requirements to the dynamic balancing machines used for automobile manufacturers and repairing plants are briefly analysed in this paper. Then the design philosophy and working principle of a model YDQ-160 multifunctional dynamic balancing machine are described in detail with the emphasis on the selection of its supporting form and the measuring principle of the balancing machine with hard supports. The author mentioned that the multi-functional balancing machine is a feasible and reasonably designed new product.
