车用柴油机故障分析及冷却液的使用

Failure Analysis of An Automotive Diesel Engine and Adoption of Coolant

介绍了某一车用柴油机发生机件损坏的故障,该故障的原因是由于发动机正时齿轮盖被穴蚀成孔洞。致使冷却液浸入发动机体内造成的,并对被损件进行了理化分析。此外,对汽车发动机冷却液的质量及使用提出了建议。

This paper reports a failure of a certain automotive diesel engine. The reason of the failure is due to the cavitation of timing gear cover, so the eavitated holes caused the coolant flowed into the inside of engine. The damaged parts have been physically and chemically analysed. In addition, some suggestions on the quality and adoption of automotive engine coolant are proposed.
