2-(2-氯苯基)甲基-4,4-二甲基异恶唑-3-酮合成方法的改进

摘要 2-(2-氯苯基)甲基-4,4-二甲基异恶唑-3-酮是一种含氯杂环结构的除草剂,本文对其三条主要合成方法进行对比研究,并介绍一种以甲醛、异丁醛、盐酸羟胺、邻氯氯苄为主要原料合成异恶草酮的新的合成方法. 2-(2-chlorophenylmethyl)-4,4-dimethyl-3-isoxazolidinone(clomazone) is a herbicide containing the nitrogenous heterocyclic structure. A comparative study on the three different preparation routs has been carried out in this work, and that a new synthetical method with formaldehyde, isobuthylaldehyde, and o-chlorobenzyl chloride used as raw materials was reported.
