摘要
把内齿轮插齿刀的设计归结为一个多目标的优化问题,建立了优化的数学模型。利用专家系统理论,建立了内插齿刀设计的知识系统(包括知识库、数据库、公式库等)和推理机等,探讨了用专家系统技术解决内啮合插齿刀的优化设计问题。
The design of an internal toothing gear shaping cutter can be summed up to a multi—target optimization problem. A mathematic model for optimization is established. Meanwhile a knowledge system including knowledge base, data base and equation base, etc. and ratiocination device for designing the cutter are set up by using the expert system theory. In this paper the optimum design of internal toothing gear shaping cutters by the aid of expert system is discussed.
