摘要
用Uddeholm热疲劳试验方法,研究了蠕化率对蠕铁热疲劳抗力的影响。在快速加热、快速冷却以及较大热循环温差的服役条件下得出:(1)当强韧性相当时,提高蠕化率可提高蠕铁的热疲劳抗力;(2)大幅度提高蠕化率,尽管强韧性有所下降,但亦可提高蠕铁的热疲劳抗力。
The influence of the vermiculating rate on the thermal fatigue resistance. of vermicular graphite iron is studied with the Uddeholm thermal fatigue testing method. Under the conditions of fast heating, fast cooling and thermal cycling with larger temperature difference, it is concluded that(1)under appropriate strength and toughness, in creasing the vermiculating rate can enhance the thermal fatigue resistance of vermicular graphite iron; (2)increasing the vermiculating rate by a big margin can also enhance the thermal fatigue resistance although the strength and toughness are slightly decreased.
