摘要
目的 探讨刺五加对小鼠Lewis肺癌侵袭转移干预作用的效果。方法 1 0 0只C5 7/BL雌性小鼠(随机分五个组,一组为对照组) ,其它经右腹壁皮下注射1×1 0 6Lewis肺癌细胞(0 .2ml)后,随机分成四组,每组2 0只,然后在第二天分别给药。(A)刺五加+环磷酰胺组(腹腔注射刺五加注射液0 .1 2ml和喂含1mg环磷酰胺饲料) ;(B)环磷酰胺组(喂含1mg环磷酰胺饲料) ;(C)刺五加组每天每只小鼠腹腔注射刺五加注射液0 .1 2ml;(D)肿瘤组,喂普通饲料,实验过程中所有动物均自由进食及饮水;(E)为空白对照组。结果 刺五加组较肿瘤组(1 )平均瘤重在各时期明显减低(P <0 .0 1 ) ;(2 )血浆和瘤组织、肺组织PAI - 1、UPA、uPAR、CD4 4、r -GT、GST、ADA活性在各时期中明显降低(P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1 ) ,另外刺五加加环磷酰胺组较单纯的刺五加和单纯的环磷酰胺组平均瘤重和PAI- 1、UPA、uPAR、CD4 4、r-GT、GST、ADA活性在各时期中明显降低(P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1 )。结论 刺五加有抑制肿瘤生长、在实验性肺癌侵袭转移过程中显示出了一定的干预作用。刺五加适于被开发为常规抗癌辅助药物。
Objective Purpose in order to study the intervence role and metastasis and its mechanism of acanthopanax sentioncosus (APS) in mice lung bearing lewis Lung cancer.Methods 100 C 57/BL female mice were randomly divided into five groups: (A group) Acanthopanax senticasos+cyclophosphamide 1mg along with APS inject liquid ( 0.12ml) in abdominal, (B group) 1mg cyclophosphemide in there diet. (C group) injection of APS liquid ( 0.12ml) in abdominal. (D group) Tumor group received common cliet. All animals received the diet and water ad libitum.Results (1)Tumor weight was decreased in each time (P< 0.01). The content of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1)?urokinase plasminogen activator (UPA) urokinase plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR), adhesion molecule (CD44), GST, r-GT, ADA of plasma and tumor, were decreased significantly in lung of APS group mice than that of tumor group in each time (P< 0.05 and P< 0.01). The content of PAI-1 UPA uPAR, CD44, GST, r-GT, ADA of plasma and tumor lung of APS+cycloposphemide group was decreased significantly than that in alone APS group and alone cyclophosphamide group in each time (P< 0.05 and P< 0.01).Conclusion The present data suggest that APS exhibited an intervene effects in the invasion and metastasis of cancer.
