摘要
对DFZFB-323导轮可反转液力变矩器进行了一系列的理论分析和试验研究,找出了其失速扭矩比不高的原因,并采取了相应的改进措施。经改进后的样品试验表明,失速扭矩比由原来的4.31增至5.2,而最高效率仍保持原来的81.6%。
A series of theoretial analysis, experiment and research has been carried out on the DFZFB—323 reversible guide wheel type hydraulic torque converter, from which the cause of low radio of speed slip to torque of the coverter is found,and relevant improvement measures have been adopted. Testing of the improved torque converter shows that radio of speed slip to torque is increased from 4.31 to 5.2, while maximum efficiency is still kept at the original 81.6%.
