金属粉末注射成形过程的计算机模拟

摘要 基于连续介质理论 ,应用有限元软件 ANSYS的 FL OTRAN流体分析模块 ,对金属粉末注射成形过程进行了模拟分析 ,揭示了金属粉末注射成形时喂料流动填充型腔的速度、压力与注射时间的关系 ;得到了注射压力对充填时间和型腔压力的影响规律 ,确定了最佳的充模时间 ;分析了不同浇口位置注射时注射件关键单元的流动速度和压力分布 ,预测了注射件的成形质量 ,提出了防止注射件缺陷产生的措施。 On the basis of continuous medium theory, computer simulation analysis of metal-powder injection molding was carried out with the help of FLOTRAN hydro-analysis module of ANSYS software. The dependence of flowing velocity and pressure during feedstock's filling in cavity on time was testified. The influence law of injection pressure to filling time and mould pressure was achieved, the optimum injection time was also established. The flowing velocity and pressure distribution of key position elements in conditions of different gate positions were analyzed. It forecast the injection part quality and gave the preventive measures from deficiency.
