摘要 非接触式 IC卡技术 ,成功地将射频识别技术和 IC卡技术结合起来。其中非接触式 IC卡读卡器是非接触式 IC卡技术应用的关键之一。文中介绍的非接触式 IC卡读卡器是以射频识别技术为基础 ,以 MIFARE卡作为非接触式 IC读卡器识别对象 ,根据 ISO14 4 4 3A协议 ,采用非接触式 IC卡读卡器核心读写模块 RC5 0 0和 RISC指令单片机来设计的。简要介绍了非接触式 IC卡内部结构和工作原理 ,详细阐述了非接触式 IC卡读卡器硬件电路设计和软件开发。该读卡器性能稳定 ,功耗低 ,抗干扰能力强 ,读写距离可达 10 0 mm。 The technology of contact-less IC card is a technology that combines the radio frequency identification with the IC card technology. Contact-less IC card reader is one of the key application of IC card. Based on technology of radio frequency identification and ISO14443 protocol, a method used to design contact-less IC card reader was presented by using the core module of contact-less IC card reader and RISC single chip microprocessor and by taking the MIFARE card as the object of identification. The internal structure of contact-less IC card and its operational principle was introduced briefly. The designs of hardware and software were described in detail. The reader has many good features, such as reliability, low power consumption and high performance of anti-interference. Its operation distance can reach about 100 mm.
