建设星火科技网络 加速农村信息化进程

党的十六大把解决“三农”问题列入了重要议事日程 ,为全面实现农业产业化、农村城镇化、农民知识化和农村信息化的根本目标 ,国家科技部启动实施了“农村信息化科技行动”旨在利用信息技术 ,跨越广大农村地区的“数字鸿沟” ,把先进适用技术引向农村 ,带动农民致富奔小康。吉林市科技情报研究所于 2 0 0 1年承担了吉林市星火农村科技信息网的建设 ,在广泛调研的基础上 ,经过两年的运行与维护 ,取得初步成效。对全省农村信息化体系建设与示范应用起到了良好的带头作用。本文就吉林市星火农村科技信息网建设进程加以阐述 ,提出了今后的发展对策 。

Solving'three agricultural'problem has been listed in the important agenda of the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China,in order to realize the basic goal of agricultural industrialization,rural urbanization,peasants more educated and rural informationization in an all round way,the Ministry of Science and Technology has startup and implement'rural information based science and technology action'in order to use the technology of information,crossing over the'digital divide'of rural areas,guide advanced applicable technology into the countryside,bring along peasants to get rich and strive for a relatively comfortable life.Institute of science and technology information of Jilin City bear Jilin City spark rural scientific and technological information construction of network on 2001,on the basis of surveying and studying extensively,it make the preliminary effect after the operation and maintenance of two years.Play a good leading role to the rural information based system construction and demonstration application of the whole province.This text build on Jilin city spark rural scientific and technological information network process explain,have proposed the development countermeasure in the future,is in the hope of getting the concerns of various fields.
