摘要
介绍了东风EQ140汽车离合器产生的特殊故障,即发动机一起动,踏板自由行程立即消失,分离轴承损坏严重。针对故障现象,结合东风FQ140汽车离合器的构造,对分离杠杆进行了力学分析。根据分析的结果,准确排除了故障。
An exceptional failure in Dong Feng model EQ140 truck clutch is described, namely, as soon as the engine started, the free travel of clutch pedal immediately vanished. therefore the release bearing is seriously damaged. According to the behaviour and taking the construction of EQ140 truck clutch into account, the mechanical analysis to its release lever is carried out. Based on the analysed results the trouble has exactly solved.
