克拉斯汽车的消烟节能试验

Investigation on Suppressing—smoke and Saving—Energy on KLAZ Truck

针对前苏联克拉斯汽车在他使用中大量排放黑烟的问题,选用不同车况的克拉斯汽车进行试验研究。分析了不同车况的克拉斯汽车排故黑烟的原因。从供油量、喷油器、气门间隙和气缸压力等方面进行调整,以达到消烟节能的目的。试验研究的几部车的烟度值经过调整后全部低于国家标准。

In view of the serious smoking of the exhaust in KLAZ trucks produced in former USSR, a few KLAZ trucks with different technical conditions have bcen experimentally in vestigated. The factors caused exhaust smoke in these trucks are found out. Then in order to suppress smoke and save energy, adjustments of fuel flow, injectors, valve clearance and cylinder compression, etc, are performed. After adjustments the smoking intensity of these investigated trucks is lower than that specified in relevant national standard.
