关于私营经济的几个问题

改革开放 2 0多年来私营经济获得了重大的发展 ,私营经济的地位不断提高。私营经济在满足国家与人民多样化需求 ,解决就业 ,保持稳定以及为国家提供税收和社会捐助等方面 ,发挥着不可替代的积极作用。私营经济是社会主义经济体系的一个组成部分 ,私营经济在我国的存在和发展不是一种暂时的策略 ,它将长期存在。我们应该正确认识私营企业主的经营管理活动 。

The Private Economy has made a big progress since reform and opening more than twenty years,so that its position is increasing in China.It is performing the active functions which are not able to be replaced in meeting the diversified needs of people,solving the problem of unemployment,stabilizing society,providing tax and donation for the government and society,and etc .As an integrant of the Chinese socialist economic system,it will be a long term existence.We should have a correct knowledge about management activities of the enterprise owners,and give a looser environment for the further development of the Private Economy.
