摘要
介绍了密齿机夹铣刀刀片、刀体的设计及夹紧方法,给出了刀体几何参数的计算公式,说明了5种密齿机夹铣刀适用的加工材料、所能达到的加工精度等。密齿机夹铣刀在大批量、高节奏、高精度的汽车零件加工中具有广阔的应用前景。
In this paper the design of cutting inserts, cutter heads and their clamping methods of closed teeth and milling cutters are described. Formulas for calculating geometric parameters of cutter head are also given. Meanwhile five kinds of this type milling cutters are introduced for different materials of workpieces to be machined and the possibly achieved machining precision. Finally the author realized that the closed teeth end milling cutter opens up a wide application prospect for machining automotive parts in large batch, fast tempo and high precision production.
