摘要 目的 观察茜草双酯对小鼠缺血心肌的抗氧化作用。方法 用异丙肾上腺素 (Isoprenaline ,ISO)诱发小鼠产生急性心肌缺血损伤 ,观察心肌缺血时氧自由基清除酶系统 ,脂质过氧化反应的改变 ,同时观察茜草双酯对此变化的影响。结果 茜草双酯 5 0 0 ,2 0 0 0mg/ (kg·d)能保护心肌超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH—Px)的活性 ,降低脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 (MDA)的产生。结论 茜草双酯对小鼠缺血心肌具有抗氧化作用。 Objective To investigate the antioxidative effects of rubidate on ischemic myocardium in mice.Methods Myocardial ischemia in mice was produced by isoproterenol(ISO).Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity was determined by photometric method. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity was determined by pyrogallol auto oxidation method. Malondialdehyde (MDA) formation was detected with thiobarbituric acid(TBA).Results Pretreatment with rubidate 500 and 2 000 mg/(kg·d)×7 d protected GSH-Px and SOD activities in the hearts of ISO-treated mice. Rubidate 2 000 mg/(kg·d)×7 d diminished MDA production. However, rubidate 500 mg/(kg·d) did not show such an effect.Conclusion Rubidate inhibites lipid peroxidation expressed by malondialdehyde formation and scavenges oxygen free radicals and H 2O 2.It exhibits an antioxidative activity via scavenging free radicals.
