摘要
对CA6102型发动机气缸体原设计结构及两种改进设计结构进行了三维有限元分析,介绍了气缸体计算模型、载荷条件的选择及计算结果。对计算结果的分析表明,第一种改进设计意义不大;采用第二种改进设计时,首先必须解决气缸体上端各气缸间相邻部位的强度问题;温度场产生的载荷对气缸体影响最大。
The three dimensional finite element analysis for an original and two modified cylinder blocks of model CA6102 engine is performed. The calculation model for cylinder blocks, selection of load conditions and calculated results are presented in this paper. Based on the study of calculated results, it is concluded that the first modified version is of little significance, while the second version is necessary to improve the strength between cylinders in the top area of the cylinder block. Besides, the load caused by temperature field most affects the cylinder block.
