摘要 介绍了四冲程直接喷射式柴油机顶置气门缸盖的设计方法及各种可供选择的设计方案。对于进气道产生涡流的两种方式,即切向方式和螺旋方式,可以通过特殊的气道流量试验台试验,测量切向型涡流分量与螺旋型涡流分量的数值及其比例。试验表明,当进气道产生的切向型涡流分量占总涡流的30%时,能最有效地产生涡流。还讨论了排气道的设计、喷嘴的布置和位置等问题。 In this paper the designing methods and alternative eonstructional versions of cylinder beads for four-stroke overhead valve direct injection diesel engines are presented. There are two forms, tangential and helical, of inlet ports in cylinder heads for obtaining swirl flow, The number and ratio of swirl component in both tangential and helical inlet ports are able to be measured on a special air flow testing rig. The experimental results show that when the swirl component in a tangential inlet port holds 30 per cent of the total swirl, the engine may have most effective swirl. In addition, the design of exhaust ports and layout of fuel injectors are discussed as well.
