具有断开式转向梯形的转向传动机构运动分析

Motion Analysis of Steering Linkages in Split Type Ackerman Steering Mechanism

由于断开式转向梯形转向传动机构的运动是空间运动,因此用传统的作图法和投影计算法进行运动分析和参数确定,就显得不够精确。为此,以一种典型的具有断开式转向梯形的转向传动机构为例,利用空间解析几何,对转向臂与车轮的转角关系和内外轮实际转角关系,进行了分析计算。

Since the motion of steering linkages in split tie rod type Ackerman steering mechanism is of a space motion, it is not sufficiently accurate to analyse the motion of the linkage and determine relevant parameters by means of traditional graphical and calculating method of geometrical projection. Hence,a new method is advised by aid of space analytic geometry. With a typical tie rod linkage of split type Ackerman steering mechanism as an example,the relation of turning angles between steering arm and wheels,as well as inside and outside wheels is analysed and calculated.
