摘要
大型公路平板车在转向时为了保证各轴车轮处于纯滚动状态,必须选择适当的转向梯形机构。本文通过SYQG-120型100t大型公路平板车全轮转向机构的设计,对转向梯形机构的转向几何关系进行了分析,并提出了前转向梯形和第二排转向梯形基本参数的确定方法。
Heavy platform truck should select a suitable Ackerman steering mechanism in order to ensure wheels for all axles to be under a pure rolling condition. In this paper the steering geometric relation of Ackerman mechanism is analysed with an example of an all—wheel steered steering system design in model SYQG-120 loot heavy platform truck. Then the method for determining the basic parameters of front and second Ackerman mechanis(?)s is proposed as well.
