Design of A Shot Peening Machine for Strengthening Gears

在简述了齿轮强化喷丸原理与加工条件的基础上,分析了齿轮强化喷丸工艺对设备设计提出的要求及齿轮强化抛丸设备的结构特点。介绍了齿轮强化抛丸机的一般类型,并结合我公司齿轮强化抛丸设备设计实际,论述了总体设计方面的若干问题和主要部件的设计。

Based on briefly described principle and processing conditions of shot peening and gear strengthening,the requirements of gear strengthening technology for equipment design and constructional features of shot peening equipment are analysed in this paper. And the general types of shot peening equipments for strengthening gears are introduced. Then several problems on the general layout and main components design are discussed with the gear strengthenign shot peening equipment design practice hy the First Auto Works as an example.
